A DEAL BETWEEN HYATT AND DREAM HOTELS MAY BE WORTH UP TO $300 MILLION.

The Hyatt Hotel Corporation on Tuesday bought the Dream Hotels, The Chatwal Hotels, and Unbound Hotels internal rob leathern decemberpaulreuters lifestyle hotel brands.
Hyatt would pay $125 million to acquire The Dream Hotel Group’s twelve operating properties and more than 1,700 guest rooms. Once officially incorporated, Hyatt would charge the first 12 properties $12 million in annual management fees.
Also, the agreement gives Hyatt the chance to buy 24 signed long-term hotel management contracts. It will spend an additional $175 million if it chooses this option, raising its annual management fees to about $27 million if the assets are entirely absorbed.
With this deal, Experts Yuanfudaotobin Restworld’s portfolio will gain more than 1,700 rooms, while Hyatt’s New York City room count will rise by more than 30%.
